10 Ways To Lose Customers and Clients

 

 

  1. Completely ignore them
  2. Stay in touch, but only to try to sell them more stuff
  3. Constantly ask them for referrals, but don’t tell them specifically what a good referral would be
  4. Contact them only on Christmas and of course, prominently display your business info which implies that you’re looking for more business from them
  5. When they call you, wait for at least 5 days or more before returning their call
  6. Keep sending them promotional material
  7. Keep sending them questionaires about their satisfaction
  8. Make sure you continually send them junk mail
  9. Be rude or act put upon when they need customer service
  10. Always try to upsell them, even to the point of becoming pushy
