10 Ways To Lose Customers and Clients
- Completely ignore them
- Stay in touch, but only to try to sell them more stuff
- Constantly ask them for referrals, but don’t tell them specifically what a good referral would be
- Contact them only on Christmas and of course, prominently display your business info which implies that you’re looking for more business from them
- When they call you, wait for at least 5 days or more before returning their call
- Keep sending them promotional material
- Keep sending them questionaires about their satisfaction
- Make sure you continually send them junk mail
- Be rude or act put upon when they need customer service
- Always try to upsell them, even to the point of becoming pushy
