<p>Anyone here know who Joe Girard is? Anyone?    I&#8217;m <strong>WAITING!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Joe was the World&#8217;s Greatest Salesman for 12 consecutive years in the Guinness Book of World Records.</strong> Joe&#8217;s record has never been broken! Joe sold automobiles. Not fleet cars, just individual new cars. Joe sold between 3 to 8 cars<strong> DAILY!</strong> The average car salesman sells that many in a month, if lucky. Ironically, most car salesman, when asked, don&#8217;t know who Joe is and never heard of him! How sad is that? Do you know who the most successful person in <strong>YOUR</strong> industry is? Do you think you should find out and learn how they became the most successful person in your industry? Do you think they could teach you something and possibly, <em><strong>POSSIBLY</strong></em> save you some headaches? Some time? Some money? Some frustration?</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;What was Joe&#8217;s secret,&#8221; you ask?</strong></p>
<p>I&#8217;ll tell you. Lean a little closer to your monitor&#8230;.closer&#8230;..closer.  (Now wipe off the little grease spot your nose made when you bumped the monitor)</p>

<p>Joe&#8217;s secret was <strong>BIRTHDAY CARDS!</strong> I&#8217;m telling you, Joe sent out butt loads of birthday cards! To his clients. To his friends. To the kids of his clients. To practically everyone. And guess what? When it came time to buy a new car, or if someone heard about someone looking to buy a new car, Joe&#8217;s name always came up as the one to see. Joe did this back when the cards had to be hand-written and eventually Joe was sending out 14,000 cards per month! Needless to say, Joe had to hire someone to write and mail all these cards, but was it worth it? You tell me! If Joe made a $200 commission on each car sold, and he sold at least 3 a day, he was making $600 per day. On a bad day. On a good day he made $1600. That&#8217;s $32,000 per month!</p>
<p>Joe was making a good living by creating and deepening relationships. He was wishing people a Happy Birthday and showing that he cared about them enough to do so. <strong>Joe didn&#8217;t send emails!</strong> <strong>Joe didn&#8217;t text people!</strong></p>

<p>Relationships are what make the business world go round.  What makes a good relationship? Emails? Texts? No! Personal greeting cards, personal letters, phone calls and face-to-face meetings make good relationships. Don&#8217;t believe me? Ask Joe.</p>
